a quick telephone call will suffice for us to sort it out. You can also leave a message and we will
get back to you. All we need to identify you is your OPITEC customer no.
I. Cover
The terms and conditions are for all the orders made with OPITEC UK and are covered by the parent company OPITEC
Handel, 97232 Giebelstadt-Sulzdorf, Germany.( known as OPITEC ) All written orders from OPITEC are covered by the normal trading condtions within the EU and UK
II. Orders
The terms and conditions with OPITEC come into force as soon as customer orders are received.
III. Cancelling orders
You can cancel orders by contacting OPITEC as soon as possible without any cause to extra charges

Cancelled and returned orders
For us to accept returns, the goods must be returned in the condition they were sent out in. If an order has been delivered to you by mistake we can arrange a pickup. If the goods are not to your liking and are in good condition we will ask you to pay the returns postage. We will endeavour to reach a quick conclusion to any problems and resolve them to your satisfaction goods please contact OPITEC UK before sending them so that we can sort it out as quicly as possible to your satisfaction.
All cancellations and returns must be notified with us within 30 days.
Exceptions - we cannot exchange any audio, video, computer equipment where the original seals have been broken

Our prices include VAT
Delivery costs according to orders
UK ( ex N. Ireland) orders 25-250 £ cost 5,90 £
N. Ireland & Isle of man orders 25-250 £ cost 25,60 £
Republic of Ireland orders 25-250 £ cost 15,60 £ ( orders accepted in Sterling only)
Channel islands orders 25 £ + cost 39.70 £
Any extra costs will be covered by OPITEC
V. Books
All books are printed in the GERMAN LANGUAGE unless otherwise stated
Many of the less expensive books are mainly in picture format with full size plans
The prices of books are liable to changes beyond the control of OPITEC
VI. Payment conditions
Opitec sends out goods with an Invoice enclosed (also to private customers)
We ask you to settle your bill as soon as possible in order to save sending reminders
VII. Property
All the goods sent remain the property of OPITEC until the invoice has been paid
VIII. Cover
All goods sent out by OPITEC are covered by trading standards and conditions within the EU
IX. Data Protection
Opitec only stores the necessary data that is needed for a speedy and efficient service. Opitec takes this responsiblity very seriously and takes every possible care with the information given. The data stored is used in the production of marketing strategies and promotions.
As a customer you can at any time request that your data be removed - this we will carry out asap. Your data will not be sold or given to other firms
